These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ebaje ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ebaje online gaming platform accessible at https://ebaje.bio and any associated mobile or web applications. These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the platform, including but not limited to account registration, depositing and withdrawing funds, participating in sports betting, casino games, crash games, and any promotional offers or bonuses made available by ebaje.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. ebaje reserves the right to require proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

ebaje is an internationally operated platform. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that accessing and using an online gaming platform is lawful in their country, state, or territory of residence. ebaje does not provide legal advice and makes no representations as to the lawfulness of its services in any particular jurisdiction. To access the full features of the ebaje platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details to ensure they remain accurate and complete at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on ebaje. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances. During registration, you are required to provide:

1. Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
2. A valid email address to which you have exclusive access
3. A valid phone number registered in your name, used for account verification and two-factor authentication
4. Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ebaje account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ebaje support staff will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted on the platform using your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ebaje support immediately by contacting [email protected]. ebaje reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorised access is suspected, pending investigation. ebaje shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

ebaje accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your ebaje account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ebaje does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ebaje targets a processing window of 10 to 30 minutes for mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and same-day processing for bank transfer withdrawals submitted during standard banking hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time, Monday to Friday).

ebaje reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or where KYC requirements have not been satisfied. In such circumstances, ebaje will notify the affected account holder and may request additional documentation. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements set out in the relevant promotional terms.

ebaje offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be used in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement on bonuses is set out in each promotion's specific terms. Until the rollover requirement is fulfilled, winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn. ebaje reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already credited to a player's account.

ebaje reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using a bonus in a manner inconsistent with the promotion terms, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine gameplay. Disqualified bonuses and any associated winnings will be voided.

All games on the ebaje platform use certified systems for determining outcomes. Slot games, crash games, and RNG-based table games use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live casino games use physical dealing equipment streamed in real time. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a live casino game or a crash game mid-round, the round will be voided and all stakes returned to the affected players, unless the game provider's own settlement rules specify otherwise.

In respect of sports betting, ebaje reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error or technical fault. ebaje also reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts and to restrict bet types available to individual accounts where there is evidence of systematic advantage play. Minimum and maximum bet limits for each market are displayed at the time of bet placement. All bets are binding once confirmed; placed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ebaje platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person in opening duplicate accounts
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms
• Deliberately exploiting any software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not legitimately obtained through normal gameplay

ebaje employs real-time fraud detection systems and reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation where prohibited activity is suspected. In all cases where prohibited activity is confirmed, ebaje's determination shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.

ebaje is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of a player's first withdrawal request and may also be required at any other time at ebaje's discretion. KYC verification typically requires the submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).

Until KYC verification is completed, ebaje may place restrictions on the player's account, including limitations on withdrawal amounts or suspension of withdrawal privileges. ebaje will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals that arises from a player's failure to promptly provide the required KYC documentation. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ebaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. All players have access to the following responsible gaming features directly within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, temporary cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of ebaje or the relevant rights holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ebaje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. ebaje's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ebaje account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ebaje does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, and events outside ebaje's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or individual features. ebaje will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but shall not be liable for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ebaje platform, you are encouraged to first contact ebaje's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. ebaje aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, ebaje and you agree to submit the dispute to a neutral third-party arbitration process before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

ebaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ebaje will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
